MD‘s are far more skilled. Less people are capable of actually becoming MD’s than farmers. Really, anybody with half a brain can learn to farm. Whereas only a small percentage of people have the intelligence or the perseverance (eight years of schooling and then an Internship and a Residency!) to become MD’s.
