When it comes to working here, it’s okay as a starter job as you can stock and and get by, but it’s too disorganized to get going at a fast pace, such as what pallets you get to stock, how departments are set up or how product on the shelves are set up. Managers are on/off, some will talk to you and actually give you praise for what you do, some will walk around like a dead zombie and think you’re not doing bat when you’re actually working. Understaffed and some shelves are empty, leading to the over common “is your store closing” question. Really it’s the coworkers that make working here enjoyable. I wouldn’t recommend being at the job for longer than a few months especially if your starting or just need a place to stock things for a bit and be done with it.

For a person that would be working part time, it’s a great place to work. Generous discounts, paid break. Full-time is not available much. You were on your feet for the entire shift, and a very busy environment.

It’s usually not a terrible place to work but if you’re in a period of time where everyone quit and no one to work. Be prepared to be slammed; it’s a fast paced job and there’s not a whole lot of free time compared to the amount that needs to be done

Good job for someone looking to enter the work-force, not someone looking for a career. Is very enjoyable for the first couple months. Management can be hit-and miss, with some being downright reckless, and some being absolutely amazing. Scheduling is a nightmare.

The job is very repetitive and not something that you should do for longer than a summer, turnover rate is very high and the policies are very strict. Don’t expect to make friends with management or have a relationship with the at all. You can find better jobs, with better pay , with better environments.
